In the beginning, for instance, there is Scowcroft laughing all the time exactly like a demonic bourgeous in soviet films of Stalin's era. So you can't catch if this is seriously or some shit-like humor in humor.
But, after all, if you get through the first unbearably boring third, it may be looked through. There are some good lools.
And yes, there are a lot of different shit about all this Bush's law features about torture, surveillance etc. But then I thought: this is really the great institutional system. So sturdy, so stable. Bush-youngster, Trump, fucking any other putin-like creature - no one could topple it. We need something like this in Russia. No matter who is in power. The institutes go on.
Generally, it's like some clumsy attempt to do some documentary with means of art.
